What I do is situps, pushups and crunches before doing HIT (High Increment Training) On a treadmill. I do this... about 3 times a week. (Considering I have the endurance of a male) and I've lost about.... 15 pounds cause of it? 15 pounds of fat. Also, you're beautiful just the way you are. Don't change cause others say you have to.

drink a gallon of water a day, eliminate flour, anything that says "includes added sugars" but if it has natural sugars like fruit and honey etc. its ok and fiber increase your fiber intake tremendously. Now if you do all of this for 20 - 30 days you will start to see results.
