-1a^3+2a^2-4a+3

Luigi0210:

You have to combine like terms. First I suggest applying the negative sign, since it is subtraction: \[ (6a^3-2a^2+4 )-[5a^3-4a+7] \] Giving you: \[6a^3-2a^2+4 -5a^3+4a-7\] Simplify \[a^3-2a+4a-3\]

Luigi0210:

Or was it the other way lol
