If you'll notice, this equation has no \(x\) variable in it, meaning it is a straight line (0). Now, given there's no \(x\), your "y" value would be \(-\dfrac{2}{3}\) (given no x) And in such a case as this, your slope would be 0 (as there is no x to make it have a slope).
