It is B, you are correct with that one because if you were to model/show them healthier habits, then more than likely they will reduce their unhealthy weight gain. And just talking about it won't rally change anything.

I would agree because if you model for other people it is morew likly to rub off and they are more likly to be like "Hey we should do that so then we can be healthy." Or "Hey look at those guys they look great!" It is the same in life if you act kinda or happy it will rub off on other people and then they will be happy too. Hopfully this helps!
