These actions come from life itself. Either home life, relationships, friendships, work. All of these come from it. But those thoughts, you tell yourself those things, then you start to believe it. Your brain is weird. It tricks you. But you have to chose to let it impact you. or to not let it. Be positive. Stop worrying about the future. Leave the past in the past, its done and over with. Worry about the present. Live your life to the fullest.
