Explanation: D is obviously not correct and just because it says effect in the sentence doesn't mean it's correct, it's just there to more of fool you. C isn't correct because it's talking about how to stop Climate change which doesn't make sense. B isn't correct because it's talking about emissions which don't make sense for Part A. A is correct because it talks about how long climate change has been around for.
