lilbart:

Explain the process of graduated exposure. Provide an example.

Renne:

A person who has Graduated exposure is a person who has a massive debilitating fear of spiders, of spiders, or arachnophobia, for instance, might start by talking about spiders with the therapist at first. This may be one of the statements used, "I am experiencing a fear that is greatly affecting my daily life". The therapist could then proceed by displaying images of spiders, first starting from short intervals and gradually increasing the duration.

Renne:

Does this help? Or do you want me to explain further?

lilbart:

No, thats fine. Thank you btw
