help me answer these question about amphibians anatomy.. Why are the positions of organs in the lizard and snake so different? Why is the right lung of the snake reduced, but not that of the turtle or lizard?

Alexis1415:

1. Snakes and lizards are similar in anatomy but since the snakes are like more longer it makes it to where their organs are packed into different ways. Lizards also need to hold their breath while running which is the same muscle used in the snake but different for each animal. 2. The reason why the snakes right lung is reduced is because the right lung is usually fully developed when the other lung is absent or smaller, the right lung has small pockets which like fills up with air as the snake were to inhale.
