Here is a poem I wrote

I love can hurt
but it can also heal
love can give
but it can also steal
love can open your eyes
to what you really feel
but it can also run you in circles
like a fish on a reel

Love is delicate
it can easily break
and its often hard
to know if it is fake
you try to hold on because
you know whats at stake
but in the end
your left in your lovers wake
at that moment
you knew you made a mistake

Your open so you let them back in
but little did you know
thats where it will begin
it hurts because
you know theyll do it again
constantly repeating
the same old sin
and its all your fault
because you let them win
the sound track to your life
is the sound of a sad violin
and soon it shall
never play again

Honestly expresses the sad truth, so relatable tbh, love can heal but can also hurt, can create a peace at mind or destroy that peace, its a 50/50 chance honestly. I am glad to see someone shares the same feelings towards it.
