"Jes what's taking you so long? We don't have all day you know" my mom
Screams at me downstairs "Just a sec Mom," I say to get her off my back.
But I am standing in my bathroom mirror hating everything about myself
My hair is thin and my eyes are dark green, and my face is huge and fat. I stayed there For another minute I think if I stared long enough I would suddenly become pretty
It doesn't work, so I walk out of the bathroom and grab my phone and bag off my bed
As I walk downstairs I see my mom waiting angrily on the stairs. She looks up at me and gives me a death glare. "Took you long enough" she murmurs loud enough for me to hear it. It's a great way to begin the day, sigh.
After pulling into the school parking lot, I am already feeling like returning home. I sink into my seat scared to get out " Oh come on jes just get out already what the hell is wrong with you" I stare at her for a minute and consider yelling "You-your what's wrong with me you wretched hag" but I just hop out of the car with a simple bye instead, which she doesn't even bother to give back.slowly walk toward the front of the school seriously considering turning around to leave but I hear someone calling my name and I turn to see an extremely hot guy....no this guy was gorgeous he was walking up to me with a huge smile I thought to myself oh god it's already started before I can even get through the door. What's it gonna be this time

As I make my way downstairs, I notice my mother waiting on the stairs with an angry expression. She glances up at me and mutters, "Took you long enough," loud enough for me to hear. It's not the best start to my day, and I can't help but sigh.

Upon arriving at the school parking lot, I feel a sense of dread wash over me. I sink into my seat, hesitant to step out of the car. "Just get out, Jes. What's wrong with you?" my mother urges. I consider snapping back at her, but instead, I give a brief goodbye and exit the car. My mother doesn't bother to respond.

As I slowly approach the front of the school, I contemplate turning back. However, someone calls out my name, causing me to turn around. I see an incredibly attractive guy walking towards me with a wide smile. I think to myself, "Oh no, it's already starting before I even enter the building. What will it be this time?"
