Help, please!
@lars @extrinix @renne
@axie can u please help with this question for my friend please
25f^2 is the area of the square, now we solve for the circle, we are given the diameter of 5 for the whole circle (its just two halfs, so ya) and we divide that by two to get the radius of 2.5. The equation for the area of a circle is pi(r)^2 so we are just going to use 3.14(2.5)^2 which is equal to 6.25pi. We then simplify and get 19.63. We then subtract the amount of the circle FROM the area of the square. So 25-19.63=ans
any questions.
I am kinda confused....
What part is confusing and i'll do my best
when you said "25-19.63=ans"
ans stands for the answer. So in order to finish the problem, you simply just do 25-19.63 and you have your answer.
okay thank you
It said it was incorrect...
wait really? @extrinix he might be able to tell why, i'm lost rn
