At your age and height, you have the potential to gain paramount vigor and muscle mass. Firstly, the average weight for someone who is 6ft tall can vary depending on a number of factors, including body composition, muscle mass, and overall health. However, for a 16-year-old male, a healthy weight range could be between 140-180 pounds, although this can vary based on individual factors such as muscle mass and body composition. In terms of strength training, it's important to start with a weight that you can handle comfortably and then gradually increase the weight as you become stronger. Consistency is key when it comes to strength training, so it's important to establish a regular workout routine and stick with it. It's also important to incorporate a variety of exercises that work different muscle groups, including both upper and lower body exercises. This can help ensure that you are developing balanced strength throughout your body. In addition to strength training, incorporating cardiovascular exercise can also be helpful for overall health and weight management. It's important to talk to a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program to ensure that it is safe and appropriate for your individual needs and abilities.

Hey there! It's great that you're taking an interest in your health and fitness at a young age. It's important to remember that everyone's body is different, so there isn't necessarily an "average" weight for someone your height and age. However, it's always a good idea to maintain a healthy weight and build muscle through strength training. In terms of tips, I would recommend incorporating compound exercises into your routine, such as squats and bench presses, as they work multiple muscle groups at once. It's also important to gradually increase the weight you're lifting and to make sure you're using proper form to prevent injury. Keep up the good work!

U bout fatt ashhh

If you want to build muscle fast, do a super light warm up, and then do the max you can do for 5 reps, then take a 3 minute break, drop weight by 5 lbs and do another 3, drop again, and again, until you feel the shaky feeling, then go to the lightest weight you can and do burn outs. this is called doing drop sets.

Mako178:

honestly id say just to jogg a lot it strengthens your lower body a lot

Mako178:

also for your upper body try bench press if possible but you should also work on improving your endurance if its not that good
