it looks like a painting that would be looked at in the museum that would be hard to figure out and would be debated over the story that it tells. When i see this, I see a witch that specializes in water, and she has a big ego. I would assume she has a lot of power and is famous for it as well. The way the hood is over her head, and the hand that shes holding out looks like shes fighting her last fight, and may have gave up and is accepting her fate..
Very good, I love the color and detail in the background to give it extra spice. All in all I would give this a 8/10, very good story teller frfr
Keep it up @dontcare and never give up what you love to do, no matter what anybody says.
