Lucky for you i have the answer! ..well sort of. you see, in the image i set below, that person also appears sometimes when you first load into questioncove, he just appears cause he was admin of when openstudy was still a thing long ago, called spraguer. Either that picture you have is pretty much the same thing or jaynator thought it would of been funny to add some random dude in while you first load into the site!
