I say the last one, where x=9 and y=7 7*9=63 2(9) + 3 = 21 7-4= 3 21*3= 63

You just gotta set the sides equal: \[\large y-4=7\] and \[\large 2x+3=9\] Give you: x= 3, and y =11

Since the hypothenuse for triangle ABC is 7, it cannot be congruent to triangle DEF. The hypothenuse has to be larger than the 2 side lengths, since it is a right triangle. So "no, because the hypothenuses must have different lengths."
