It was tricky tbh but with this i changed the outer layer to a light grey then darkened a tad bit on the inner layer of the "A" and then i overlayed the same flame png over the symbol to add color and make it seem like it was melting from the heat and blended a bit of the flame to make it match the color. Then I brightened the flame on it to make it seem like it was alive and was attacking the symbol from the out and then i added a new flame png to zoom in over it to add the effect of the symbol being eaten by the fire.
