1. Most common way to measure muscular strength would be "push up test" I would say, mainly just see how many you can do, practice and improve, you could also use the "curl up test. 2. Hang cleans, Vertical jump height, and as easy as sprinting up a staircase. 3. An easy answer to that would be, well an increase in both strength and power would prevent falls. 4. This could help by overall developing strong bones, managing your weight, could also help with your thinking and mental health. 5. One thing is add speed to what your doing, let's say curls and push ups, basically when you get used to it start by increasing your speed, going a bit faster, Make sure you choose the right intensity for what matches you not something too much, and focus on your body weight and control.
