for part a its left four and up 3 because when you are subtracting x you are going left and adding to y is going up

and for part b just subtract 4 from the x value and add 3 to the y to find the coordinates of A’B’C’

and for part c A’B’C is congruent to A’’C’’D’’ because a rotation is a rigid transformation which meant all angle measures and side lengths are preserved so they would be congruent
