I wanna do a Photocollage, Acer Computer (Newer) And No I don't

Oh okay well you don't really need a paint/sketch app... you really just need a blank canvas (online obvi, unless printing it and making a collage)... and pick a few colors you like, then copy pictures and paste them on the canvas... that's the basic way of doing it... there are other ways, but can be more complicated and harder to explain
