If you recantation is real does that mean we can be reincarnated into extinct animals?

Most likely no because there is not a physical nor mentally way to do it.But i could be mistaken is science does work in a strange way.

And bringing break extinct animals will take longer then necessary because you still got to know if it will work check for the flaws.And you still need to know the side effects because it could make them into a deadly creature set to kill any living life form
