Yes actually.
Working out helps
Also, remember to get control of your emotions. Remember to tell yourself daily, "I got this, if anyone is going to beat this, it's me. I'm strong u can achieve my goals, I will make it out if this. I won't let the darkness control me, because I am in charge of MY life, I won't let anything else control me but me."
Just overall act like you own the depression, tell yourself you're better than it. And work out.

At least that worked for me, for each and every person it is different though. I understand depression isn't something in your head, you can feel it all throughout your body, but try and remember that no matter how bad life gets you are still a winner

@pickledjordyn Once you beat depression, you can use my quote: “War is not hell. It is . . . Something beyond our comprehension, only those who have lived and fought through it truly know what that is."
Good luck, Jordyn.

Ignore the thing or people that makes you depressed, focus on yourself and other things that you like to do, don't let people put doubts of yourself in your head

Find ways to let out your emotions that don't include others
