next time ur in Arizona and there's a monsoon, get some sweet tea and sit by the slightly cracked open screen door. that's the initiation process for becoming Arizona.

it just feels natural, if you have a bench on the front porch, that works too. but generally you want to be behind a screen door.

Jeremana73:

we love our screen doors for some reason

She brought me a bag of gummie worms that were edibles.. is that part of it too?

Jeremana73:

The reason I thought it coulda been a haboob is cuz the clouds were dusty, there was clearly a dust storm of some kind recently before that photo

McDonalds:

She said it amplifies the experience

there was one within the last few weeks before that photo tho

McDonalds:

Idk what a dust storm looks like I js know that it was cloudy and hardly any rain was coming but it was windy as hell and there was lightning and shrubs flying.

McDonalds:

Couldn't see anything for a good 4-5 mins

Jeremana73:

that was a haboob monsoon combo, pretty rare, ultimate sweet tea and edibles weather

So she knew what to do and js gave me everything required?

yes, you don't realize that you know it until you move though. I didn't realize I did that until I moved to Wisconsin and I invited my friend over to watch a nor'easter and he was really confused.

McDonalds:

It was strange but beautiful

Jeremana73:

it's sort of the same as how people from the southeast go fishing on a slightly rainy dusk, or how east coasters go golfing all the damn time. every place has its things and that one of ours.

McDonalds:

I see i see

Jeremana73:

we didn't invent sweet tea but we did slightly change it in a way we think is better so we are always drinking it

Jeremana73:

what part of Phoenix was that?

Jeremana73:

I'm getting scottsdale vibes?
