Can anyone tell me what this depth in my chest is? It doesn't hurt, but it really bothers me in how I look naked and I have problems breathing. (It's not that bad, just a little bit of trouble on sports n stuff)

I just had a talk with someone about how they also had problems breathing from their chest. Now you aren't going to die. It's more than likely you have asthma... which if you don't have a prescribed inhaler, you want to time your breathing. As for not liking how your chest looks in the mirror when naked, that's just life buddy, and could by body dsyphia, which is where you body is not how you would want it, which can cause depression, anxeity, shame and many other problems. I hope I could help in some way.

Thanks! Now that I know I can get depressed from how I look, I can now prevent myself from it. Thank you a lot!
