It is hard to say because the anomalies, paranormal activity, and the unexplained that happen in this world are beyond our understanding and what we know to be science. Now, there are many proposed scientific and spiritual explanations on these phenomenon, however, the more we learn, the more we realize how little we do not know. In short, ghosts and the paranormal are real despite our lack of understanding of them. These things do occur and manifest in the real world, and you can easily find people with testimonies and/or some kind of evidence. In my opinion, it would probably be quite foolish to explore it yourself to end up potentially harmed in some way, shape, or form. The risk is typically that much greater than the reward. Explore and research from the safety of your computer desk and meeting places where you can talk to people about it.
