You download a GIF from the internet, then you drag it from your files to chat, messages, or posts.

If you mean as profile images, it’s a subscription perk. There are others as well, such as creating your own chat (can add anyone you specifically want to include), emotes, along with changing your theme background instead of just the general of dark and light theme we already have provided.

You can also post a GIF in the "All Subjects" and "Miscellaneous" chats by opening the GIF in your browser then dragging it in to the bar where you type your message. That bar will be highlighted green when it is ready to be let go of. There will be a "yes" or "no" option that will come up to confirm whether it is the right image you want to send.

If you're on browser, you literally use your cursor to drag it into whatever area you want it to be in. If on mobile, you just click Copy Image and then you're set to just paste it wherever same as browser.
