-Drowning-
I feel like I'm drowning in a sea of sorrow
With no lifeboat or shore in sight
I feel like I'm trapped in a dark cave
With no torch or exit to find

I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle
With enemies I can't defeat
I feel like I'm listening to a broken record
With songs I can't delete

I feel like I'm reaching for a lifeline
But no one is there to grab my hand
I feel like I'm searching for a friend
But no one is there to understand

I feel like I'm living in a nightmare
But I can't wake up or escape
I feel like I'm looking for a reason
But I can't find any meaning or shape
Just a silhouette of myself
Slowly fading away.
