DivideMusic:

It could be your school. They could be blocking bluetooth. And what all have you tried?

Dolphan:

It's my personal laptop. I was listening to music, and it randomly disconnected and the option to turn on bluetooth isn't there. But I tried to mess around with the settings to fix it a lil, but nothing works.

maybe try shutting it off or something? you probs tried that tho

DivideMusic:

That- sounds like a bit of a motherboard issue.

DivideMusic:

Or maybe. Try uninstalling Chrome.

DivideMusic:

You said that Chrome killed it, right? Uninstall Chrome then reinstall it.

Dolphan:

My Google Chromebook. It's a Lenovo.

Dolphan:

The option to uninstall it isn't there.

DivideMusic:

I use a Lenovo and I don't have that issue-

This happens randomly because the chromebook does internal updates. They would disable bluetooth because it would interfere with the updates. Wait for about 30 mins and try resetting your chromebook

You could powerhouse your laptop but make sure any files you have are saved in a google doc or something else so you can access cause a power wash wipes the files that you have on that laptop. And the power wash is something like factory reset.

Rylee88:

Ahhh I'm on a Lenovo too! So bluetooth, you can go on settings then go to Bluetooth and devices then click "Turn on bluetooth" then you can connect up to two devices!

jusbusbw:

try resetting ittttt
