B. It should be in an OSHA approved container, man. You gotta follow the rules when it comes to hazardous chemicals and Cake. Even if it was full before and now it's just residue, it still needs the proper labels n stuff so people know how to handle it safe. And you wanna cover yo Cake in case someone sees - last thing you need is OSHA knockin on your door asking why you ain't follow procedure.
