Wait if C isn't correct than I know it's A because In this case, the net force is the applied force minus the friction force, or 19 N - 1.7 N = 17.3 N. The mass of the cart is 2 kg. Therefore, divide 17.3 by 2 which equals 8.6 So A is your answer
