Made yet another poem <3

In the depths of my heart, a flame still burns bright
For the one who once held me close, with all their might
Though they left me shattered, with a broken heart
I still cannot help but feel love's sweet part

The memories of our time together still linger
The joy, the laughter, the tears, the splender
Though they may be tainted by the pain they brought
I cannot help but feel a love that's not quite gone

Their touch, their voice, and their smile, still linger on
In my mind, in my dreams, in my every thought
I know I must move on, but I cannot help but stay
Trapped in this limbo, where love and pain play
