They have software that uses Artificial Intelligence to translate audio, but they are not always completely accurate. I'd say your best bet is finding someone who speaks the language and can translate it for you in person, and someone who is well trusted so they don't fool around and tell you something completely different than what you're being told... That could start a lot of drama to be honest, it's happened to me before lmaoo. If you'd like, I can research a few more reliable ones and get back to you with them.
