Ok, it depends where you need to report them. IF you see them in chat, hver over the message. On the left of the message, you'll see "report" click on that.

If it's in dms, hover over the message and click the 3 dots on the right, click report and fill it out.

If it's in a post, click the report button right under the message (same goes for comments)
