I’m doing my college classes while In high school online and then moving to Texas where I’ll go to Texas A and M to study animal science because I want to be a veterinarian

You can't just ask for college suggestions. Each college is ranked differently on their courses. Find something that you want to do and go to a college that specializes in that field. You may also not want to move away from wherever you are now, so that is also to be taken into account.
You should do your own independent research and consult your guardians, this is important and it genuinely matters.

Penn state is a really big and popular one. They aren't just the biggest one but they are really nice and they have a lot of major subjects that you can do that can get you a really good decreae in

I study CS in London England so I'm not in the states so studying abroad is something you could consider . Specially in UK/EU where degrees are a year shorter and more specialized and much cheaper. We got plenty of high ranking institutions in your subject area e.g. Imperial/Cambridge for engineering/CS. If you could do 3 yrs Bach + 1 yr Masters back in the States I think that would be looked at more favorably since u got a Masters and not just a 4 yr Bach from the States in the same amount of time. Will most likely work out cheaper too.
