Sleep apnea
Snoring at night, gasping for air,
Lack of sleep, it's just not fair.
Episodes of paused breathing, you see,
Excessive fatigue, a sign it could be.
Partner notices, the pauses they hear,
Not enough oxygen, a cause for fear.
Excessive daytime sleepiness, it's true,
Apnea's the term, now you know it too!
Psychoactive drugs

E - Effects on cognition and perception,
A - Altered states of consciousness,
C - Chemical compounds that affect the brain,
O - Overlapping effects and classifications,
N - Neurotransmitter modulation,
S - Substance-induced changes in behavior.

O - Overriding natural processes
N - Nudging receptors
I - Initiating physiological effects
S - Stimulating specific pathways
T - Triggering targeted responses
S - Supporting neurotransmitter activity
Depressants

Opiates
Origin: Derived from poppy plants
Pleasure: Produces pleasurable effects
Induce: Induces analgesia and sedation
Addiction: Can lead to addiction
Treatments: Used in medical treatments
Effects: Alters mood and perception
Suppress: Suppresses respiratory function

Make sure you understand the material inside and out. Don't just try to memorize the mnemonic devices; make sure you understand the concepts they represent.
Practice using the mnemonic devices. The more you practice using them, the more likely you are to remember them and the information they represent.
Get a good night's sleep. Sleep is essential for memory consolidation, so make sure you get enough sleep the night before your test.

Well, I am good in all other terms. Because the other ones are pictures that apply to my mandatory 6 word or less definition. Like the one I posted for insomnia.
