Can someone explain what the mood ring colours are what what they mean?

- Blue: Calm, relaxed, peaceful - Green: Active, not stressed, growing - Yellow: Nervous, anxious, imaginative - Amber: Mixed emotions, unsettled - Red: Excited, passionate, adventurous - Black: Stressed, tense, overworked that the meanings behind the colors are not scientifically proven and can vary depending on the individual.

no but sometimes they can be depends on what type of mood ring it is.

mostly from experience the expensive ones I got from ATL were way more accurate

does the Type of mood ring matter? is it the same case as with people with autism? you can make assumptions and guess but will never be 100% certain?

true most of mine said what I was feeling, There was one time when it said I as happy when I want to punch the wall but other than that i guess

The mood rings aren't scientifically proven so no they will never be %100 right

While a mood ring, or other mood jewelry for that matter, cannot reflect a wearer's different emotions with any real scientific accuracy, a mood ring is actually an indicator of your body's involuntary physical reaction to your emotional state.
