Ivy wants to remodel her room, adding some new furniture and changing the paint color. Her parents feel that she is old enough to decorate on her own, but she must pay for the supplies. Ivy’s brother, Ian, thinks it is a stupid idea to repaint her bedroom. The paint store is running a special for only one week. In this scenario, which could be identified as a barrier?
Ivy’s parents
Ivy’s finances
Ivy’s brother
the paint store

The two possible, sensible choices, would be Iv's finances and her brother. Since the problem only says that the brother believes that it is a stupid idea, not that he would serve as a barrier(try to stop her from decorating). Since, the special only lasts for a week and she must find money in that time frame, the barrier would be her finanaces
