If you tried to restart your computer and it’s been saying getting windows ready for a hour how do u fix it

Force restart: If waiting doesn't help, you can try manually restarting your computer by pressing and holding the power button. Hold it for around 10 seconds until the computer turns off. Then, press the power button again to turn it back on.
