What is a reasonable time to go to sleep?
Like as a teen having depression?

imo, a reasonable time is around 9-10 pm . you'll gt a good sleep and you'll be up by ur normal wake up time.

Well you got to get a 12 hour sleep in order to function right the next day but I've been going to sleep at 12 and waking up at 8 which isn't good for you so I would also say no later than 10 or 10:30
when im depressed i stay up till 5:00am
depends. my school starts at 7am so i go to bed at 9 on weekdays. On weekends i go to bed at 10 or 11 and sleep in

for a teen w depression I usually go to sleep from anywhere between 1-3 but if I'm not asleep by 4 then I just stay up all night and don't go to sleep
