Broken Poem @Midnight97 :

In twisted hues of shattered dreams,
A tale of brokenness now gleams,
Where once there was hope so bright,
Now lies only endless night.

The pieces of my heart lie still,
Like shards of glass upon a hill,
Each one a fragment of what's past,
A reminder of love that will last.

The memories we shared in time,
Now tainted by cruel fate's crime,
Leave me to wander lost and alone,
With nothing but this heavy stone.

My soul is crushed beneath the weight,
Of all that could have been great,
But now reduced to mere decay,
And left to mourn each passing day.

Yet even here, I find some peace,
For in these ashes, I release,
All the pain and hurt inside,
And let it fade into the tide.

So though my heart may be broken,
I'll rise like phoenix from theoken,
To face another dawn anew,
And find the strength to make it through.
