Honestly. What's worked best for me is attention to detail. When you notice every thing they do, and praise them for it, it makes them feel special. Most people now n days arent used to praise, and someone paying that much attention to them, itll be new and refreshing.

Then, start to shower them with love every day. Dont ever stop doing that though

The guide will be different for men and women. Women have a very short version: Ask the right questions that indicate your interest and also get the important things out in the open right away (do not waste your time on silly common hobbies and whatnot, save that for later). Don't be annoying or feisty or play hard to get or anything else that indicates you don't need them. Men are allergic to "independent" women, because not only is it cringe to act that way, it's also a huge red flag in terms of ego and long-term compatibility. Be agreeable first and show you are submissive to their decisiveness. They really like that. And show them you do need them without getting in their way if you can help it. If looks are your issue, exercising and eating properly even a little bit goes a long way and makes every female look immensely better (no need to overdo it with gaining muscle, just trim the fat really).

For men, I couldn't possibly fit it all here in a reasonable amount of time. Their end of the deal is extremely heavy and frankly unfair, but that's the world we live in. If anyone really wants to know my advice on that, they are free to dm me, but yes it is too long to put here (and also I assume the op is female so).
