What happens to your parents when you get married? Like I know you adopt your partner parents, but do yours, and your partners parents become legally related somehow???

Oh...You see, its upto people what they chose . You nd your partner can either live with your parents ..or you both can seperate your ways...But in any condition, your real parents will still be your parents. If you leave the house, they'll all be themselves . So yeah...
