Recently, I have begun to feel pain in my neck and down the middle to low part of my back. It usually lasts for 3-4 days, stops for barely full day, and then starts back up again. The pain has been messing with how I perform as pg and sg. I have missed, in my opinion about 60% of my layups, over the course of 3 freakin games of my school's varsity team. Before the pain started, I drained almost all of my 3's, my 3fgm percentage being 94.4%. My threes are usually jump shots, but I can't reach the height I've consistently used to hit my 3s. My dribbling skill is still fire like always, but certain movements are starting to hurt as well. Since I am pg and sg I start the game, but my neck and spine have been forcing me to rely on my teammates a lot more than an average game for me. Does anyone have a clue what I should do to get rid of this pain? I do not want to be benched fs.
Have you been eating 2000 calories a day making sure your stay hydrated, and maintaining a healthy sleeping schedule?
Also if you take ibuprofen every 4 hours that may help you
I have been eating regularly, and staying hydrated. But sleep hasn't been coming easy being I'm a senior and have practice.
And if you play hard you start to hurt it's like going to the gym when I go I dont hurt but when I get back I hurt within a few hours that's cuz my body is getting the right physical exercise that it needs in order to stay healthy

I've had this happen before when I was a younger kid, maybe when I was like 9 or 10 or smth like that What I did was I looked for some weights I could use that fitted me and did some pull-ups and what I did was I made the bar go against my neck. this worked for me and might not be the same for you but weighted pull-ups are my go-to currently when i have throat pain, also i used zertec and you can get that from sams club or bj's or smth like that
for you though, i'd just use zertec cause that's actual throat medication
and because your pain lasts longer than mine
okay,i'll try it.
sometimes stretches help or if u can a chiropractor might be useful for a little bit
prolly threw ur back out, happens to me all the time nd it hurts to breathe
but idk
cuz with cheer its like a common thing to happen cuz ppl fall on yu yk so maybe thats not it
It could be ur shoes if u have an uncomfortable shoe then that can cause back pain. I have problems woth that at work bc even tho they feel good doesnt mean they are comfortable so i would suggest trying out a different pair of shoes or some insols
