Listen ik how u feel, yea lifes shi fr sometimes but its your choice if u just wanna rot there like u said or if you'd rather get up and show that person who u truly are. Its your brain making u think that way because of the things that happen but you can change that and change the thoughts of ur head and stand up and dont let youself get down.
