Is it safe to eat food from the refrigerator after a 10-hour power outage?
I don't think so
well if the refrigerator was closed the whole time maybe, but if u have opened alot then no
yes, eat all of it. especially the milk
it rly depends on wut it is
yeah eat it
okay drink the milk, so your dad can go get some more "milk" and not come home
yes eggs aren't perishable because they stay outside for a little while. as the chickens are laying on them so technically the eggs are fine. the milk not so much, don't drink the milk or eat the cheese
All dairy products are considered gone bad at that point bro.
boil it
and if its meat its already over for you if you ate it
have fun at the hospital nerd
No meat. Hell no.
There is a trick you can do, fill a cup with water, put it in your freezer and wait for it to freeze, and put a quarter on it. After the power outage if the quarter has fallen to the bottom of the cup and the ice has melted, food is bad.
Throw out perishable food in your refrigerator (meat, fish, cut fruits and vegetables, eggs, milk, and leftovers) after 4 hours without power or a cold source like dry ice. Throw out any food with an unusual odor, color, or texture. This is stuff I look up all the time so I hope you find this helpful and have a good day
no
