"workers should use the forklift to..." and "the housekeeping staff shouldnt..." are both guideline documents
"workers must provide documents..." and "nurses and orderlies must..." are general policy documents :)

Policies are also different than guidelines. Policies are basically rules set above guidelines to prevent certain things. Like for example, using a forklift, you NEED a certification in order to operate it. Because if you did it without knowing what you did, you’re putting yourself and others at risk of something major happening.
