Good question, there's a few things that you could do. You could help people out on QC here, helping them with their classwork, or you could talk to your friends, play video games, etc. It all depends on your personality. If you're an artist, you could download a coloring app, if you're into that, and color by numbers.
In the end, the answer really just depends on your personality.

You can also create flash cards or notes for exams ahead of time. Go over class notes. Perhaps write down other things you haven’t written down before that are related to any of your subjects. You can also take a break from your screen since blue light causes eye strain and headaches.
