Also as a note when aids first started going around it was really only with gay men and the government didn't really care to do anything since they didn't want those people around so it was mostly lesbian nurses taking care of them.

You only really meet some actually decent lgbtq, and transgendered people. Half the community is too busy pressuring or yelling at you because you got their pronouns wrong :/
