I tried to write a short lyrical story for the first time

She walked through the fields, with the wind in her hair,
Her heart full of hope, her soul free from despair.
The sun on her skin, the grass at her feet,
She felt truly alive, and oh so complete.

As she strolled through the meadow, she began to hum,
A tune from her childhood, a song that had come
To symbolize joy, and all that was right,
A melody that filled her with pure delight.

The birds in the trees, they heard her sing,
And they joined in the chorus, on wings they took wing.
The flowers in the fields, they swayed to the beat,
As the rhythm of life, pulsed under her feet.

And as the sun began to set, and the sky turned red,
She knew in her heart, that it was time for bed.
But the memories of this day, they would stay in her mind,
Forever and always, a treasure to find.
