Well for everyone it's different. Since we all have different sensory issues. But I use the typical squishes, fidget cubes, and even an old light switch key. Honestly, I use the light switch more than anything. I'm not a big fan of using the squishes since you can hear the liquid in it but there r foam ones out there that expand.
You can also use a ring and just casually spin it around your finger, and spin it on a desk or any flat surface tbh, or jump it from one finger to another, etc.
There's one thing I wanna get eventually and it's a Nee Doh Cube. They're pretty useful.

Have u tried measuring your fingers and looking for some online? Honestly just logging the sizes that don't fit you also works, and just work your way up or way down the size list.

I have autism, they are both the same on a cat scan (measures brain activity) so functionally they are the same. Processing is different tho. MY favorite fidgety are rubber bands, lightsabrrs, and bracelets

With autism my sensory issues are generally visual and touch based. I don't like sharp colors or uneven surfaces

What I do to calm myself is that I go to my room and if I can't go to my room I just close my eyes and think to myself the best ways to stay calm, but I mainly take 3 deep breaths to calm down, but there is so many ways to calm down (:
