Um I would say draw a circle to start, then try and shape it like the picture, makes sure to add color at the end, then add a line for the pupils, making it thicker. Once that's done you should have good enough eyes.

I would suggest using the grid method if you’re still beginning with art. Doing it subtly and lightly too, so that way you’re able to easily erase if you make any mistakes. One finished, you could add in more detail with color and such with whatever medium you prefer; such as pens, markers, crayons, or even colored pencil.
